Objectives

The association’s task consists in promoting and protecting the general and common idealistic, economic, legal and socio-political interests of its members.

The association’s task consists in particular in

• representing the interests of the flavouring industry vis-à-vis authorities, organisations and associations,
• promoting and coordinating the exchange of general economic and technical information within the flavouring industry,
• defending fair competition within the flavouring industry.

The association is a member of EFFA, the European Flavour Association), and of IOFI, the International Organization of the Flavor Industry). The technical and scientific regulations of these two associations are binding for this association and its members.

It is not the intention of this association to pursue gainful commercial activities.
